“Minions” is an animated film series produced by Illumination Entertainment. The main characters in these movies are the “Minions”, small yellow creatures with their own style of speech and a taste for chaos and adventure. The Minions are known for their childlike naivety and willingness to serve their master, no matter how villainous he may be.
The Minions were first introduced in the 2010 animated film “I – Simply Incorrigible” (Despicable Me). This film and its sequels, “I – Simply Incorrigible 2” (Despicable Me 2, 2013) and “I – Simply Incorrigible 3” (Despicable Me 3, 2017), focus on the story of Gru, a supervillain who is accompanied by the Minions.
